SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Free shippingapplies when you spend 50 euros. Ordered before 11:59 p.m. on weekdays is same-day shipping. Our delivery time is 1-2 business days. When your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with a track & trace link.
Shipping delays may occur during the holidays due to this busy season.
Check all addresses before shipping the order. We can only ship packages to home addresses; it is not possible to ship packages directly to a DHL parcel point. Delivery problems or complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
*** In the event that your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge the shipping cost. Please check all addresses before placing an order.
RETURN
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order. Packages returned to us without going through the return process with our customer service department will not be refunded.
You can return your order, at your own expense and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions.
If the purchased product is defective or you think it is not as advertised, please email us as soon as possible at hey@costiqbeauty.com before returning the product. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Order must be returned in original packaging
- The Costiq box should still be sealed
- A return must be sent with track & trace
- The sender is always responsible for shipping and postage costs of €6.95
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be returned
QUANTITY DISCOUNT
If the customer purchases products with a graduated discount (discount depending on the number of products ordered), the discount percentage will be recalculated based on the number of products finally retained in case of (partial) return.
In case of (partial) return, the customer will receive a refund of the difference between the amount paid and the amount that would have been due if the customer had directly ordered the final number of products retained.
Example: When purchasing 2 products, 45% discount applies. If the customer returns 1 after delivery, the discount is recalculated to the discount percentage applicable to 1 product (25%). In this case, the customer will receive the difference between the price paid for 2 products and the price applicable to 1 product.
1+1 FREE PROMOTION
In our 1+1 free promotions, the promotional products must always be returned together. It is not possible to return only one product and keep the promotional price. Only unopened and unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.
If only one product is returned or a product is found to have been opened, we reserve the right to charge the full retail price of the remaining product or the opened product and deduct it from the refundable amount.
WARRANTY
We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required within two months after discovery of the defect to report this to us by email to hey@costiqbeauty.com with an explanation and if possible a photo of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no charge.
