SHIPPING & RETURNS

DISPATCH
Ordered on workdays before 17:00, is shipped the same day. Our delivery time is 1-2 workdays. Our orders are shipped via PostNL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. All orders are carefully packed and protected from drops and bumps during the logistics process. When placing your order, don't forget to indicate whether you would like the package to be delivered to your home, a collection point or another address.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for reshipping the package. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return label. Please verify all addresses before sending your order.

During the holiday season, shipping delays may occur due to this busy season. If this happens, you can simply contact the shipping service directly for more information.

Orders of €40 or more are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. For orders with a lower value, delivery costs apply. The standard delivery costs are €3.95 for orders in the Netherlands. In other EU countries, free delivery above the €50,-

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order at info@costiq.nl . If you have discovered an error or defect, please take photos of the defective product you received and include the photo with your email with a brief explanation.
 
You can return your order, at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions. Don't forget to include your packing slip with the reason for return, otherwise we cannot process it.

RETURN CONDITIONS
If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return.
  • The order must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The box must still be sealed.
  • Don't forget to include your packing slip stating the reason for return.
  • A return shipment must be sent with Track & Trace.
  • The sender is always responsible for the shipping and shipping costs.
  • Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be returned.
WARRANTY
We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect by email to info@costiq.nl with an explanation and, if possible, a photo of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

PROBLEMS OR A COMPLAINT?
At COSTIQ we put you as our customer first and strive for the best quality. We want your experience with us to be as smooth as possible. However, sometimes things go wrong, so if there is something wrong with an item you have received, we will do our best to solve the problem.
