ORDER

I entered the wrong address for my order. What should I do?

Make sure to enter the correct address when placing your order. If you accidentally entered the wrong one, please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to stop or change it.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Sorry to hear you haven’t received your confirmation email! Sometimes order confirmation emails end up in your spam or junk folder. Have you checked there?

If your payment was successful, you can assume your order went through and will arrive between 1 - 12 business day (depending on your location). If you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Can I exchange or return my order at COSTIQ?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within two weeks of receiving your order. You can return your order at your own expense within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets our return conditions and is in its original packaging.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during shipping. We understand this isn’t your fault. In that case, please contact our customer service team right away by emailing [email protected].

It’s helpful if you include photos of the damage. Our customer service team will review your message within one business day and work with you to find the best solution.

Yes, we also ship internationally. Please contact our customer service team for more information about shipping costs and delivery times to your specific location.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. For orders below that amount, shipping fees apply depending on your location.

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €3.95.

For other countries, please contact our customer service team.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery within 1–3 business days

Europe, United States, Canada and Australia

Delivery within 5–8 business days

Finland and Norway

Delivery within 6–9 business days

Denmark

Delivery within 6–12 business days

All orders are shipped as parcel post. You’ll receive a Track & Trace code for every order. Each package is carefully packed and protected against damage during the shipping process.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to complete your order. At COSTIQ, you can choose from several payment methods:

My payment failed. What should I do?

Unfortunately, it can happen that a payment fails. If you received an error message and want to be sure whether the payment went through, we recommend checking your bank statement to see if the amount was deducted.

If the payment was successful, you can assume your order was received and, with a bit of luck, will arrive between 1 - 12 business days (depending on your location).

If that’s not the case, or if you’d like us to double-check, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. They’ll verify whether your payment was successfully processed in our system.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

You’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided within one hour. These emails sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there as well.

If that isn’t the case, or if you want us to double-check, contact our customer service team [email protected]. They will verify whether your payment was processed correctly in our system.

Can I pay later?

Would you prefer to pay only after your order has arrived and you’re happy with it? Then you can choose the post-payment option with Klarna. Once your order has been shipped, the 14-day payment period begins.

If an item isn’t what you expected, you can return it. Through your Klarna account, you can pause the invoice, and once your return has been processed, Klarna will send you an updated invoice.
