All orders are shipped as parcel post. You’ll receive a Track & Trace code for every order. Each package is carefully packed and protected against damage during the shipping process.

Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times may be delayed due to high demand.

Be sure to double-check all addresses before placing your order. We can only ship to home addresses; it’s not possible to send packages directly to a DHL pickup point. Any delivery issues or complaints must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs will be charged. Please check all address details before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Packages returned to us without first completing the return process with our customer service team will not be refunded.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, at your own expense and in the original packaging, provided it meets our return conditions.

If the product you purchased is defective or not as described, please email [email protected] as soon as possible before returning the product. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.


RETURN CONDITIONSVOLUME DISCOUNT

  • The order must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The Costiq box must remain sealed.
  • All returns must be shipped with track & trace.
  • The sender is always responsible for the shipment and any shipping costs.
  • Orders returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

 

VOLUME DISCOUNT

If a customer purchases products with a quantity discount (a discount based on the number of items ordered), the discount percentage will be recalculated in the event of a partial return, based on the number of products ultimately kept.

In the case of a full or partial return, the customer will be refunded the difference between the amount paid and the amount that would have been due if the customer had originally purchased only the final number of products kept.

Example: When purchasing two products, a 45% discount applies. If the customer returns one product after delivery, the discount will be recalculated according to the rate that applies to a single product (25%). The customer will then receive a refund for the difference between the amount paid for two products and the price applicable to one product.

 

BUY 1 GET 1 FREE OFFER

For our “buy one, get one free” promotions, both products included in the offer must always be returned together. It is not possible to return only one product and keep the promotional price. Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

If only one product is returned or a product has been opened, we reserve the right to charge the full retail price of the remaining or opened product and deduct this amount from the refund.

 

WARRANTY

We do our best to deliver our products in perfect condition. Still, an order can be damaged in transit or something else may occur that gives you a valid warranty claim. By law, you must notify us within two months of discovering the defect by emailing hey@costiqbeauty.com with an explanation and, if possible, a photo of the defect. If the issue falls under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.
