Can be used with or without mascara. Allow mascara to dry thoroughly before use.

Step 3: Now place the curler in the center of your lashes and hold for 10 seconds. Do the same at the end of your lashes to curl your lashes.

Step 4: Repeat these steps until you are satisfied with your curl.

Step 5: Always clean your eyelash curler with the brush provided to prevent mascara from sticking to the curler.
